Far infrared saunas have been Rub on Relief used world wide for many years by different practitioners with great success. Is it any wonder that practitioner's have turned to the soothing, comforting and relaxing heat that is provided to them in using the infrared sauna in pain management? Arthritis, fibromyalgia and other types of chronic pain can be very devastating to those suffering, if pain relief is not obtained.
For some people's conditions there is no place else to turn for pain relief, especially for the type of pain that is found in those suffering from fibromyalgia. For many people the far infrared sauna has been successful in soothing this type of pain. In searching for pain relief options for my wife, my own experience with the pain from fibromyalgia that my wife suffers from has led me to the use of the far infrared sauna in my practice. I can safely say that buying an infrared sauna has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The far infrared sauna has become very instrumental in the daily management of my wife's pain and she would be lost without the use of her infrared sauna. Throughout the many days where no amount of pain medication seems to even help with the pain, she can sit in the infrared sauna and feel the warm comforting heat melt away some of the pain. Not only does the infrared sauna help with alleviating the pain but it is just so relaxing that it allows you to be able to spend some quiet time alone. Something that is definitely needed when you are suffering from this type of pain is your alone time.

Stress reduction is another very important component in the management of pain. For a lot of people having to deal with any type of stress in their life can make pain levels even worse. Although the stressful situation may still be there at least when you are in your infrared sauna you can relax and do some sort of meditation to help reduce the effects of stress. Stress management is an important key to reducing pain levels.
